Instructions for Running the Write Annotations Application

Note   The following sample assumes you are using a computer with Windows Scripting Host (WSH) installed, such as a computer running Windows 2000 Professional or Windows 98.

1. Open Notepad.
2. Copy the XML Schema document, po3.xsd. Paste it into the Notepad window.
3. From the File menu, click Save As. Save the file as po3.xsd to a folder on your computer.
4. From the File menu, click New.
5. Copy the Uncommented Code for the Write Annotations Application. Paste it into the Notepad window.
6. From the File menu, click Save As. Save the file as po3.vbs to the same folder in which you saved po3.xsd.
7. Run po3.vbs using Windows Script Host.

   The results will be displayed in a message box window.
